How do I know if I need therapy?

If you're feeling really stressed, sad, or worried all the time and it's making everyday decisions hard to handle, or if you notice big changes in your habits or thoughts, it might be a good idea to talk to a therapist. Therapy can help you deal with tough emotions, handle big changes in life, and even just help you understand yourself better.

Do you accept insurance?

We do accept insurance. At this time, we are currently in-network with IEHP and Cigna Evernorth. Copay is an average of $25, but will vary on plan.

What can I expect during my first therapy session?

In your first therapy session, expect to talk about what's been troubling you and your goals for therapy. It's a bit like a get-to-know-you meeting, where the therapist will ask questions to understand your situation better and you'll lay the groundwork for future sessions.
